Avocado and dutch crunch

I cut out a lot of meat lately. Most days I eat rice, bread, fennel, asparagus, avocado, zucchini, vegetarian curry, and cauliflower. I love the feeling of eating more vegetables! Compared to the food I've eaten this past month, I used to eat so much more junk and fatty food (ramen, butter cream pasta, processed foods, etc.). Now I'm not trying to be pretentious, I love love love ramen and a good cream sauce, but I realized I gained most of my weight because I eat a lot of high fat dishes. We'll see how this exercise thing does for my spare tire.
