
For Christmas dinner, I made this thai-basil and garlic stuffed chicken. For seasoning, I used cumin, paprika, garam masala, and cinnamon.

I also made this seafood chowder with king crab and octopus.

Garlic potato gratin and roast sweet potatoes.

Roast vegetables.
